Always Best Care is seeking strong, compassionate professionals to provide one-on-one care for a male client in need of personal support. Whether you're a CNA, PCA, or an experienced caregiver, if you’re looking for meaningful work where you're trusted and appreciated — this could be the opportunity for you. This role involves personal care for a male client, and we’re looking for team members who are comfortable and confident in that setting. You'll also support daily routines, mobility, and basic tasks — helping this gentleman live with dignity and independence. What You’ll Get:

• $16/hour starting pay

What You'll Do:

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help with meal prep and feeding based on dietary needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support mobility, exercise, and safety in the home
• Document health updates and changes
• Assist with light housework and basic pet care (if applicable)

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in care giving, healthcare, military service, or a helping profession is a plus
• Physically capable and ready to assist with transfers, mobility, and ADLs
• Comfortable around pets
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
• Commitment to showing up — on time, every time
