HomeLife Personal Care, one of Jacksonville's premiere NON-Skilled Home Health agencies, is expanding coverage to the St Augustine Area. We have clients in World Golf Village area and are building staff in this area. We are seeking CNA'S & HHA's who live and work in this area , are experienced and have a heart for caregiving. Responsibilities * Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating

• Medication reminders

Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) * Plan and prepare meals * Assist with physical therapy exercises * Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so * Drive clients to appointments * Perform housekeeping duties * Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency * Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary Qualifications * CNA license or HHA certificate * Valid driver’s license, drivers insurance and reliable transportation every single day * Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills * Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

• Different shifts are available including days, nights or weekends
