What You Will Be Doing - Executing strategic, high-impact recruitment campaigns across elite technical institutions with measurable conversion targets.
- Establishing authoritative presence among students, faculty, and university organizations to secure premium talent pipeline access.
- Managing candidate relationships with precision and purpose, from initial engagement through program acceptance.
- Conducting targeted travel operations between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to maximize recruitment effectiveness and institutional presence.
What You Won’t Be Doing - Maintaining static office presence or standard working hours.
- Relying on passive recruitment strategies or digital-only engagement.
- Following conventional recruitment playbooks that yield average results.
College Recruiter Key Responsibilities Secure and develop a pipeline of 100 elite CS/ML candidates from Stanford and MIT through strategic campus engagement, resulting in measurable program enrollment and organizational talent advancement.
Basic Requirements - Minimum 1 year of proven college recruiting or university admissions experience with documented high-volume candidate conversion success
- Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding aggressive outreach and conversion metrics
- Portfolio of executed recruitment events with measurable outcomes and participant feedback
- Demonstrated project management capability with emphasis on timeline adherence and goal achievement
- Proficient utilization of ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
- Current Austin, TX residence or commitment to immediate relocation
- Capacity for 75% travel deployment during peak recruitment periods (January-May, August-November)

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
