We’re hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional marketing activations .

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in event logistics , brand promotion , and audience engagement —no prior experience required. If you’re outgoing, organized, and eager to grow, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning, setup, and on-site support for community outreach and promotional events

• Represent meaningful, mission-driven campaigns and communicate key messages to event attendees

• Distribute marketing materials and provide engaging, informative interactions with guests

• Build positive relationships with local businesses , community partners, and attendees

• Collect and organize event feedback to inform future strategies and enhance performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications , or a related field is a plus (not required)

• Prior involvement in events, volunteering, or campus activities is a bonus

• Excellent people skills with clear, confident communication

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
