Salary: $50,700 - 91,650 per year Requirements:

• We require that you possess a TS/SCI with Poly Clearance. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can ensure that requirements and milestones are met, particularly in defining and implementing project planning techniques for visibility on contracts. Responsibilities may also include developing budgets and schedules to fulfill contractual/project requirements for specific portions of the program. You should contribute to the establishment and definition of program plan requirements, delivery timelines, and key performance indicators, and monitor and report performance to ensure compliance with contractual, cost, and schedule objectives. We expect you to lead operations within an area that significantly impacts results, assisting and training junior support staff. You should be adept at solving complex problems that may require a comprehensive understanding of broader issues and utilize both prior experiences and organizational knowledge. Moreover, communications should be effective, typically with contacts inside and outside the function regarding significant organizational matters. A complete understanding of all job aspects and their practical applications is necessary, along with expert knowledge in specialized functions. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with over 5 years of relevant experience, is essential.

• As a Database Administrator, your primary responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. You will monitor database performance, implement tuning strategies, and optimize queries for improved efficiency. Ensuring data integrity, security, and availability by enforcing database policies and standards will be crucial. You will develop and execute reliable backup and disaster recovery procedures, testing processes to ensure data recoverability in case of failures, and establishing high-availability and replication strategies for critical systems. Furthermore, secure database access by managing user privileges and implementing data encryption, audit logs, and security controls is essential. You will analyze database performance metrics while identifying potential bottlenecks, optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies, and implementing database partitioning and caching techniques. Collaboration with developers to design, develop, and implement database schemas will also be part of your role. Regularly monitoring database health, responding to incidents, and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues will be required. Comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and maintenance activities is expected, along with creating reports on database performance and updates for management.

We prefer candidates with experience in automation tools and scripting for database management. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for database deployment is advantageous, as is an understanding of NoSQL databases and big data technologies.
