KITCHEN LEAD

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Summary of Position:

A Kitchen Lead keeps things moving in our kitchen! This person is responsible for maintaining quality and efficiency in our kitchen.A Kitchen Lead takes initiative, they can handle working solo throughout the week and lead your team on high volume shifts during the weekends or Event. A Kitchen Lead has good time management, can work quickly on their feet and has food safety knowledge and can adjust to the “Remix Way”. 

Roles & Rotations:

• FOOD PREP
• LINE COOK
• DISHWASHING & CLEANING
• STOCKING, RESTOCKING & UNLOADING

Cleaning Requirements

• Keeping your station clean and stocked at all times
• Follows opening and closing protocalls
• Follows state guidelines for food safty and sanitation
• Can follow preventative maintence requirements for all kitchen equiptment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be on feet continuously during shift
• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
• Ability to jump, crawl, slide through equipment for safety checks
• Ability to work on hands and knees
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently
• Ability to climb ladders

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check with no concerns
• Reference check(s)
