Leasing Consultant – Weston Park at Longwood Station

Requirements

Your Role as a Leasing Consultant at Wendover

As a key member of the Weston Park team, you’ll help bring our community to life by delivering exceptional resident experience and supporting leasing efforts that keep our property thriving. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting property marketing efforts to attract new residents
  • Partnering with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to plan and execute resident events that encourage engagement and referrals
  • Assisting with social media content and engagement in collaboration with the Assistant Manager
  • Coordinating concierge services and working with vendor partners
  • Helping manage rent collection and tracking apartment availability
  • Leading leasing and renewal efforts, including tours and related documentation
  • Ensuring top-tier quality standards in service, appearance, and resident satisfaction
  • Reporting directly to the Property Manager and supporting overall community success

 

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong advantage
  • Experience with property management software (Resman preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural relationship-builder with the ability to connect with diverse residents and teammates
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional appearance and a polished, customer-first demeanor


Working Conditions / Environment / Physical Demands

  • Work is primarily performed in a comfortable, air-conditioned office that is well-lit and well-ventilated
  • Confidentiality is essential, especially regarding financial documents, vendor contracts, resident communications, and owner/lender information
  • This is a full-time role and may require more than 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Daily use of general office equipment, including computer, tablet, copier, scanner
  • Requires mobility sufficient to perform duties in a standard office environment and occasionally tour the property


Compensation includes base pay plus performance-based bonuses.
