Role Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will assist customers via live chat with login issues, billing questions, subscription management, and troubleshooting. Using company-provided scripts and workflows, you will deliver timely and consistent support.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond promptly to live chat inquiries
– Assist with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes
– Use scripted replies and SOPs to ensure consistency
– Document and escalate issues as needed

Technical Requirements & Skills

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour
Raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts
Shifts available 24/7; self-scheduling platform
Minimum 15 hours per week
Training & Onboarding
– 2-hour online onboarding
– Practice chats with simulated customers
– First shift monitored by QA
– Paid work begins within 3–5 days
