This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in project management principles and a desire to grow within a dynamic casino and hospitality environment. The Project Manager will work under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager and support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across departments including Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Gaming, and Retail. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to apply their PMI-certified skills in a hands-on, enterprise setting. Additionally, You'll Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting activities. Coordinate tasks and support communications among cross-functional team members and stakeholders. Help track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning. Facilitate vendor coordination, status updates, and basic contract administration under supervision. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project governance efforts. Learn and adopt internal project management tools and best practices. Requirements ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Hospitality, IT, or a related field preferred. ~ At least one current certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), such as CAPM or PMP. ~0–2 years of relevant project coordination or management experience; internship or co-op experience acceptable. ~ Strong organizational and communication skills. ~ Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). ~ Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities.
