Job Title:  Therapy Data Administrator - Entry Level

Location: Cullman, Alabama

Job Type: Full-Time 32 – 40 hrs/wk.

Department: Therapy/Rehab

Reports To: VP of Therapy

Pay: $20-26/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented  Healthcare Data Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing and optimizing healthcare help desk systems, ensuring system integrity, security, and uptime, while also analyzing clinical and operational data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience with Net Health/PCC platforms, is fluent in healthcare data standards, and can turn complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Administration

1. Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot healthcare information systems (e.g., EHR/EMR platforms such as Net Health, PCC , Power BI).
2. Manage user accounts, system configurations, updates, and system permissions.
3. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable healthcare items
4. Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement new systems or upgrades.

Data Analysis

1. Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from clinical, operational, and financial systems.
2. Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
3. Identify trends and patterns in clinical and administrative data to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.
4. Generate reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external compliance requirements.
5. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree Data Analytics, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or health informatics.

Work Environment:

1. 3-4 Days in office with and option to work remote one day
2. May require occasional on-call support or system maintenance outside normal hours.
